THE FORMER Head Coach of the African football team, Pitso Mosimane, a South African citizen, has said that after serving as a coach for 21 years, he has now decided to take a break to do other things outside of coaching.

Pitso said this today, Friday, August 5, 2022 while speaking to journalists in Dar es Salaam after being welcomed by the Yanga Club at the People's Week summit that will be held tomorrow at the Mkapa Stadium.


Mosimane has said he is taking a break from coaching after doing it for 21 years

"As a coach from Africa, I have done great things in African football and I believe that Africa has a chance to do more than what I am doing in football to promote our football around the world.

 

"I was at the Stadium every day and the matches were every 3 days and I was traveling a lot, now I have decided to rest and I am using my rest to participate with Young Africans SC in the People's Week," said Pitso.
